We are excited to share that the Power Dialer feature in your favorite Merchant Services CRM has just received a fresh new look!
Our phone system has been redesigned as part of a wider UI modernization project that is currently underway. A new and responsive design is coming soon that will be easier to use as well as faster.
Along with the phone system’s redesign, we added shortcuts to perform actions while on a call including the ability to add a note and setting up a follow up task or an appointment.
Below is a screenshot of the improved Call tab. Note that the Dialer tabs have been moved to the bottom of the window and the recent calls section has also been updated to be easier to use:
While a call is in progress, you will see new action buttons near the top of the Dialer window which allow you to add and view lead notes, add an event, or change the lead’s status:
