We have just added a couple of new enhancements to the CRM Helpdesk notifications.
When you create a new ticket now you can select a new option to automatically notify all associated users on the new ticket:

The associated users are users who are assigned to the ticket or the linked merchant/lead, and the user who created the ticket.
After the ticket is created and as new comments get posted, the Notification box will automatically pre-populate users or emails that were selected in the previous comment:

You no longer need to select the same users each time a comment is posted, but instead, the most relevant users will be pre-selected automatically.
In order to find out which users received notifications for a particular comment, simply hover your mouse over the envelope icon on that comment:
