Getting help in your favorite Merchant Services CRM has just gotten easier! We’re pleased to announce the release of a new feature that provides users with contextual help based on the page they’re viewing.
To bring up help resources on any page, simply click on the Help link in the dropdown below your username:
You will now see pointers that explain how specific sections of the page work.
Here is an example of the pointers displayed on the Home Page:
Below are a few more examples of the help pointers on other CRM pages.
My Leads Page
You can get all the pointers and popups at the lead page to help you clear any doubts.
Calendar Page
The calendar page will also display help pointers all over the system tools.
Helpdesk Page
Same with the ticketing interface, you can easily close any of the popups using the X.
Power Dialer Settings Page
You can get more information on each feature just clicking the Learn More button displayed on each dialog.
