Get notified when your leads visit your website and see which pages they’re viewing in real time!
Reach out to your leads proactively at the best moment —while they are exploring your site— and give them a follow-up call or send an SMS message right from IRIS CRM.
Enabling Visitor Tracking
To enable the visitor tracking feature, add your website domain in IRIS CRM and then copy the generated tracking code into the header area of your website:
After you have installed the tracking code on your website, you will also need to enable the Track Visitors option in your email templates:
When you launch a new quick email from a Lead now, the Track Visitors option will be automatically selected:
You may install tracking codes on multiple websites and domains.

Tracking Page Views
When a lead clicks on a tracked link in an email you sent, the event will be registered in IRIS CRM, including all subsequent clicks on your website:
Here is an example of the notifications you will see in real time:
To jump to the lead, click on the lead’s name at the top of the popup.
If you wish to call the lead, simply click on the Call button in the popup and the IRIS CRM Dialer will open up.
Click on the More dropdown to add a task, add a Lead note, send an email, or send an SMS message to your lead:
The information on the Lead’s activity is also saved in the Lead notes:
In order to view only the visitor tracking notes (and hide the other types of notes) select the Visitor Tracking note filter on your Lead and unselect the remaining filters.
