We wrapped up the inaugural session of IRIS University yesterday, November 2nd, 2016.
We thank the attendees for coming and providing us with valuable feedback and the opportunity to educate them about IRIS CRM.
During the University, Dimitri Akhrin, the President of IRIS CRM held two workshop sessions containing 4 different sections. Dimitri delivered real world actionable insight on the usage of leads, tickets, status triggers and many more features of the IRIS platform.
These sessions were followed by one on one breakouts where each ISO in attendance received personal hands-on assistance from IRIS team members.
